Our Story
Chakh means To Taste, and Dhoom means Smoke. When the freshest and most flavoursome native spices and ingredients comes together with age-old cooking techniques, melding, and searing, what comes out is nothing but magic.
We went on a gastronomic adventure, travelling from the snow-capped Himalayan peaks up in the north to the sun-soaked shores in the south, from the colour and vibrancy of deserts in the west to the pristine wilderness and greenery in the east. What we put together was a treasure trove of authentic recipes and culinary secrets from the streets and households, passed on from generations, showcasing the rich tapestry of flavours, spices, and traditions that make up the heart of Indian cooking.
